The Longwood City Council met in special session Feb. 19th. at
7:3o p.m.
A11 Council Members and City Attorney present. Absent: Mayor Hrown.
Meeting called to order by the chairman.
Resolution # 180, creating a zoning commrssron, regulations &
proce tlures was reviewed by the Attorney.
Moved by Mr. Scott a¢a Enaea by Mr. Nelms to atlopt resolution # 180
Motion carried, unamrnously.
The resoluti on providing procedure for no ti ees of special meetings of
the City council was tabled for further Study.
Movetl by Mr. Scott seconded by Mr, Helms to adopt a resolution
rfquesting the d¢partment o£ transportation and the Hoard ¢f County
Commissioners of Seminole County, to install an automatic traffic
control signal at the int¢rsecti on o£ SR-427 & SR 434 in the City of
Longwood, Fla. Motion carried, unaminously
Moved by Mr. He ims seconded by Mr. Scott to place Ortlinance N 228
on first reatling.

Sale of Lots in Longwood Memorial Gardens to real dents of Longwood
or:1y. Motion carried, unaminously.
As a matter of policy Council det¢rmined that when the 15th of th¢
month falls on Sunday, an additional day of grace will be afforded
~)2 Q to water users who have not paid their water bill on time.
Moved by Mr. Williamson seconded by Mr. Scott to adjourn the meeting.
