Regular Session February i3, 1969
The Longwood City Council met in regular session February 13th at 8:00 pad
Present; E.E. Wiliams'on, H,A. Scott, Eugene Jaques, James A. Brown,
B.H. Ferrell, S, Joseph Davis,Jr. Attorney, Kenneth H. Brown,Jr.Mayor,
Meeting called to order by`the Chairman. Minutes of previous meetings
were read and approved as read.
Mr. Jack Toole was present regarding the matter of the City of Longwood
banking w~.th the So`. Seminole Bank of Fern P~.rk. Thee Council invited
Mr. Toole to .meet with there at a work .session Monday at 7:30 p.rn.
February 17th to further discuss the mat"ter,
Mr."Donald Brown requested a permit for his in-laws to occupy a trailer '~
parked on his property on Palmetto Ave, for a period of three weeks,
Permission granted.
Moved by Mr. Scott seconded by Mr. Jaques to read ordinance ~f 211, An
ordinance annexing certain lands Tying contiguous to present City limits.

that the bids on the police car be opened®
Bids on the police car were opened & read, Bids were received
from Jim Lash of Sanford &~ ~itnpson Motors of C3rla.ndo,

police car from Simpson Motors, Inc, the low bidder for a price
