A vublic hearing was held in Longwaod City Hall January 26,
--- 1967 .at 8:00 p.~, The purpose of this meeting was, to make a final
decision.on the proposed paving of Reider Avenue.

Absent: Mayor Lormann
'Meeting called to order by chairman. Mr. M,z,~, 1~onovan stated that
h~e haci contacted most of the residents on the street and they were in
agreement to use fhe same type of paving, as Grant, Palmetto & Wilma
streets; a 20 ft. ,pavement 6" limerock base l" asphaltic top, without
the swails. Moved by Mr. Scott seconded by Mr, Conway to instruct
A,E. O'Neai1 Associates, Inc, to send out bids on paving_Reider Ave.
from Oak Street west to Oleander Street, then west of Oleander Street
a distance of approximately 150 ft, Motion carried, Moved by Mr.
Jaques seconded. by Mr. Scott to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.

of Burnup ~~ Sidns. Motion carried. The need of a front end loader to.
use in .the Street & ~v'ater 1~ept. was discussed. I~ir. Fisher will be
