Moved by Helms seconded by Reiter to consider the crdinancz amendin~• ordinance 143, publish in the Sanford Herold on Nove~ber 14, ar_d a public hearing to be held `on December 2, at 8:OG p.m. Tfotion carried. TJToved by Reiter seconded by Reams to accept the offer of Arthur Stone Dewir~ to allow the City to defer payment of Band due December I. 1963 and the conditions listed in his letter of Ivevember 8, be accepted in their entirety.
