A.E. O~IVeall was present with the results of the paving bids
received by the City council on February 13,. 1964
The low bidder on both projects was Mid-State contractors,
Inc, of Orlando, with a total bid for the two projects of
$14,379.50
Bids of Amick Construction Co. r_ot considered because of the
failure to submit reguired bid band
Moved by Reams seconded by Helms to award the contract for
the paving of Land & Seminole Avenues to Mid-State contractors
for their bid price~~of $5,051.50 ~
