The: Longwood City Council met in regular session March 5th at
8,:00 p.s.
Present.: R.C. Carlson, J.C. Reams, B.Lo Nelms, B.H. Ferrell
.Carl Lommler, Mayor Lormann
Meeting called to order by chairman
Minutes of pre~¢ious meetings read and approved as read..,Mr.
C.L. Hooper approached the council with request for donatiop
and support of the Seminole little League. Moved by Ferrell
seconded by Helms to donate. $125.00 to the little league.
Motion carried.
Moved by Ferrell seconded by Lommler to advertise for bids
an the City's requirements of gas, both regular and high
test, also lubricating oil for the periad begir~ninc Apri1,1,
1964 and ending March 31 1965, sealed bids to be submitted
to the City Clerk of Longwood by 12:00 noon March 26,-1964.
Motion carried.
Moved by Ferrell seconded by Helms to accept the finincial
statement and pay the various approved bills. Motion carre<
