Regular Session March 5, 1964
The Longwood City Council met in regular session March 5th at
8.:00 p.m.
Present: R.C. Garlson; J,C, Reams, B.L. Nelms, B,H. Ferrell
Carl Lommler, Mayor Lormann
Meeting called to order by chairman

C.L. ~3ooper approached the council with request for donation
and support of the Seminole little league. Moved by Ferrell
seconded by Helms~to donate $125.00 to the little league.
Motion carried. '
Moved by Ferrell seconded by Lommler to advertise for bids.
on the City's requirements of gas, both regular and high
test, also lubricating oil for the period beginning A~ri1.1,
1964 and ending 'March 31 1965, sealed bids to be submitted
to tine City Clerle of Longwood .by 12:00 noon March 26y 19b4,

Moved by Ferrell seconded by Helms to accept the finincial
statement and pay the various approved bills. Motion carried

authority was read in full by chairman.
LMoved by Ferrell, seconded by Lom-nler to adopt Lhe resolution
Ro11 call: Ferrell, Carlson, Reams, Lo_mmler-=-yes Motion
carried, and resolution ~~ 153 was passed.
