Bids on the re-surfacing of Church Ave. mere opened and
compared. The Orange paving & Constructian Co. was the low
bidder.
Moved by Ferrell seconded by Lommler to accept the bid of the
Orange paving & Const. co, at their bid of $ 640,00 for the
re-surfacing of Church Ave, from the old city limits to Hwy,'
17-92 Motion carried.
Moved by Loam~ler sesond.ed by Ferrell that proper action be
taken to revoke the liquor license of the Longwood Hotel ~
bar issued ir_ the Weans of Carl L, ~~atkins, in violation of
Ordinar_ee ;,121 of the City of Longwood, FLa,

Mayor Lox~ann proclaimed May 16th as Ar_ned Forces day in tre
amity of Longwood, Florida.
Moved by Reams seconded by Ferrell to obtain esti*nates for ~'
acoustical ceiling for the new city hall, .Motion carried.
Koved by Ferrell seconded by Helms to accept the f inincial
statement'& pay the various bills, motion carried.
