Mr. k.enneth Rodd requested a change of zoning of his property from residential to commercil in order to operate Communication,Radio & T.V. work in his ho~ . Basic Asphalt Corp. was the ~1ow bidder, Moved by Ferrell seconded by White to accept the jbid of the Basic Corp, for the re-surfacing of Highland 5tree Evergreen Ave. & Marvin Ave: as per their quotation of Feb. 1955 in the amount of $ 3,01.76 Motion carried. Moved by o WhitA seconded by Ferrell that the matter of replacing the Cemetery fence be referred to the Cemetery committee with power to act. .Motion carried.
