.Special Session, February 25, 1965
A special session of the Longwood City Council was called by
Mayor Wentworth due to the absence of the president, R.C.
Carlson because of illness. The purpose of this meeting was
called to elect a temporary president. Carl Lommler was
elected as temporary president by una*nious vote of the council.
9 resolution regarding the metropolitian telephone system was
.read in full by the president.
Moved by White,seconde~ by Ferrell to adopt- the resolution.
Motion carriedand resolution ~~ 159. was adopted.
Moved by Helms seconded by Ferrell to authorize Carl Lommler
to sign checks until the return of the president R,C,. Carlson.
