Meeting called to order by: the president. Minutes of the'

announced that due to the unfavorble newspaper publicity
concerning the city recently, that lie had invited, Mr. R.C:..

of the city council during the sorrowing of said loan:.. Mr.
Carlson: gave a complete run doirn. of the loan° and ~:sked that

illness of the police chief.
