Motion carried, hir. John H. Harmer appeared before the count
objecting to the recommendations of the zoning and planning
board regarding his 'property that had `been read at an earlier
council meeting. TY~e council president admitted that the
article was in error and asked the zoning board to make a
correction. Meeting adjourned subject to call.

to Cctober 9, 1955, the city clerk would not be held responsille
for any thing that might have disappeared from the City 13a11, and
that the extra set of keys and a combination to the safe be p aced

complained about the ditch back of his property that was stpp5ea
up and did not drain. The street dept. committee chairman ag~eed
to make an investigation. The petition to Governor Burns -reo"esting

building inspector approaches the council regarding the reque~t of
a home owner to build a 6 foot concrete fence in the back of is
property. Moved by Deaton seconded by White to give written
permission for this request. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned
