The Long~~rdbd Tawn Council met in regular session Thursday June 4th at 8:00 P.M. in
,-TOUm Hall. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting read and
approved. Mr, Es~clavon inhroduced Rev. Robert Jernigan of the Christ Sanctified
Holy Chur~~, who requested permission to erect a tent on the Salando Springs road
in which to hold a summer revival. A4oved by Mr, Williamson, seconded by Mr: Hopkus.
to grant Rev. Jernigan permission to erect the tent. Carried,
I~r, Gt~ant stated that he ha"d started building a shop before the zoning ordinanc-
was passec~~, Chm, Reiter will contact the attorney before issuing a permit.
Mr: C~ar~lson made a motion seconded by NIr. Williamson that the Longcrood Town
Council ,n-aT~e a rule, effective at once, that beer, wine, and any intoxicating liquo~re
on the.Toz~ property be prohibited. Carried.
Move by Mr, Carlson seconded by I~1r, Scott that the various bill be paid and
the finin ial statement be accepted, Motion by PrL:, Williamson seconded by Mr°. Scott
to adjo ,meeting until June lb.

The Counci~. met at 8:00 P,M. June 18. AL1 members were present.
Mr•. T~~.C. Hagan was present. with his report on the survey of the Cemetery.
Motion by Williamson seconded by Mr. Scott to stake out two blo~cks>in the
Cemetery. ICaxried.
Mr, agar also brought the survey of ~lildmere Street. The Council requested
Mr. Hagan ~o write specifications for two types of paving for Wildmere Street.
IvI'r, C~.rlson reported on the progress made in regard to the loan. Mr: Gunby
will meet ~~--th the Council in the immediate future to give results,
The J~ycees sere asked about the agreement they would prefer with the Town.
Mr, La Bee announced that they world prefer a lease agreement drawn by the Attorney.
A~Iotio~i~ by Mr. Williamson seconded by Mr. Scott to have the Attorney draw up
an Ordinance adopting the Florida model traffic~Ordinanee. Motion carried.
Motion by ~ .Williamson seconded by Mr. Hopkins to ddjourn meeting.
