The Council met in regular ''session December 4, 1958 at 8:00 P.M.

The minutes of the Regular Session November 6, the adjourned session,
November 10, and the Special Meeting of November 24 were read and approve ,

Motion .by Mr. Williamson seconded by Mr. Scott that Resolution No. be
adopted as read, Motion carried,
Mr. Carson read Ordinance No. 140 entitled an ordinance of the Town of
Longwood, Florida, regulating the weight of trucks on Church Street in
said town. Motion by Mr. Reiter seconded by Mr. Scott that Ordinance No.
140 be adopted as read. NLr, Scott, Reiter, Helms, Carlson voted yes. !
Mr, T,dilliamson voted no. Ordin~.nce passed.
Motion by Mr. Helms seconded by Mr. ~'lilliamson that building permits be
issued to the following: McColl Fruit Co., Sterling Robinson, W. H. Hines)
Rita Moulton. Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Reiter seconded by Mr. Scott that $50 be donated to the
Longwood area Christmas party. Motion carried.
Mayor Elgin read the Police Report for the year 1958:
Motion by NIr, He1ns seconded by Mr. Scott that the various bills be paid,
and the financial statement be acceptad. rTction carried,
