1. minutes of the: Regular Session January 3, 1957 were
read ar_d approved. .
2, Ross Kennedy and Earl-Griffin. requested clay for the
corner of Orange and Oak. Referred to Street Committee. -
. 3. .dir. Grant was present and requested Credo Street
opened to Florida Avanue. Referred to Street Committee.
4.. Representative from Shuffleboard Club•was present
and reported the poles for their lights were up and oiould
like the toy+n to furnish .the _~~ght•s.

this matter over to the Building and Playground Committee.

5. mayor Elgin recommended a raise for Claude Layo or
a possible allo~ance for the .depreciation of his car. Counci
decided to wait approximately three months before deciding
anything definite. .

'special meeting. be called for Thursday, February 21, 8 p.m.
to discuss the matter of paving Church Street smith the
(property ov~ners. Carried.

Toaun Attorney be instructed to write an ordinance controllin
peddlers, solicitors, etc. Carried.
9. Motion by Nr. Johnson seconded by dir. Reiter that
the.monthly bills be paid, Carried.
