Nr. Austin apologized for his negligence and sub-
mitted plans for approval.It rlas suggested by iwr, Arncld that
cost shcwn on plans be changed to 6000.00 and with that
correetion,accepted by i+lirr. Austin, B+~r. Arnold made a
motion, seconded by dir. Jo~nsan that applications sub-
witted by 2ulr. Hires and I~r. Austin be approved. Carried.
Mayor SGreeney again raised the questior. off.putting a
time limit for the starting and completion of construction
on the permit.

the Council hold a spacial meeting within two weeks to
discuss a new ordinance incorporating time limits, values
etc. Carried.

ition to the Council.
blr. Hunt explained that he intended starting the con- ~
~~ struction of small ho Gies on the section .bordered on Florida,
Grant and YYayman Avennes.He requested that the Town have
a survey made of .Florida St from Grant Ave to fi7ayman
Ave. and establish road stakes. ~,
