Reiter mentioned that he had spoken to Commissioner .Swofford but was anable to obtain any actiori.He advised ~', the Council that there have been instances r+here the ', County did the paving and charged the Town for the matQrial In view of the increase in the approximate costs, the Chairman suggested that the Council hold a special meeting with the property orners on the 12th®, so that they may be informed of the progress in the preparations. 5. Motion by Mr. Johnson,. seconded by Mr.Refter that the Ordinanea covering the issuar_ce of building permits be adopted. The Chairman directed a polled voted - Mr.Reams Aye dir.
