Legislature to create an adjustment board for delinquent tars.

After discussion, it was moved by Frain seconded by Gray and;;
ccarried, that the Attorney be .instructed to draw a suitable i' j
a bill to place before the Legislature for tYie adjustment and it
~colleetion of deli~.quent taxes,
