Mayor Geo.H.Bridge. Councilman Frain introduced an Ordinance as follows; Ordinance No. 77 An Ordinance providing for the closing of Pool Kooms, Billiard Halls and Dance Halls between certain hours during week days and on Sundays in the Town of Longwood, Fla., and providing a penalty for the violation. of this Ordinance. and moved that the rules be waived and that the said Ordinance be passed to its first reading and be read by title only, which motion was duly' see or_ded by Cou._.-oilman Payne. The Pres. then called for a vote which resulted; P'or the P;iotion-.Four. Agair_st the Motior_-None Ordinance No. 77 was then read by title only by the Clerk. Councilman Payne then moved that the rules be waived a second time, and that the said Ordinanee:be passed to its second reading by title only, which motion was duly seednded by Councilman Gray. The 'res. then called for a vote which resulted; For the :Motion-Four. Against trze Rlotior_-None. Ordinance Noy 77 was then read for the second time by title only by the Clerk. - Councilman Gray then moved that the rules be waived a third time and that the-said Ordinance be passed to its third and final reading, be read ir_ full and be passed and adopted as• read ire full, which motion was dul~r seconded by Councilman. train.
