making Georgia his future home, 1u7..oved by Harris, seconded
by Jean and carried; that the Clerk be instd. to write Hr,
Lewis that the Council accepts his resignation only because
such action i.s his expressed desire due to his abser_ce, and
enpress the Councils thanks for his lor_g service,
Councilman Blankenship introdi;ced the following REaOLUTION-
~~o. 67 and moved its adoption. emotion duly seconded by
Councilman Harris and carried; That inasmuch as a vacancy
nov~r exists on the Board of ~Ftzter 'forks Bond trustees caused
by the resignation of T.P,Lewis, that this body does now
elect H.S.Arnold to fill said vacancy. Unanimously carried. ~,

'Treas. is hereby authorized to pay electric light,, power and'
telephone bills upon receipt o#' same, and to pay nominal
bills for labo$+and material used on streets when itimized
bill or request is OK`d by Chairman street Committee,
