Mr. Martin Anderson of urlando addressed the Council and '~ requested the closing of the extreme east end of Wi~.dmere 5t.~~ where the"same passed between Lots ~ & 2 Bl 6, 2nd Sec. Mr. Anderson farther requested that said deed be held a teas-i; onabl~e tires while he negotiated for the purchase of other loth , ' south of lot 5, if he failed to secure them, then. the dyed to?~ lot 5 to be fi3ed by the Tovac. .!
