The owner of all the abutting property, iviartin Anderson having i agreed to deed the To•,~m a lot of equal size to the portion of street he requested be closed a_nd a warranty deed to Lot 5 B1, 6 of said addition having accompanied the request. !lair. Anderson further requested that said deed be held areal-' ~lonable time while he negotiated for the purchase of other lot: south of lot 5, if he failed to secure them, then the deed to'. !.lot 5 to be filed by the Tov~?a, Couneil~a.~.
