shaving submitted new contract identical with the old, to run

imo~ed that the ~syor and Clerk be authorized to sign said

its adoption; motion duly seconded by Councilman Harris. The
said Resolution was then read in full by the Clerk :and upon
roll call was passed and adopted without dissenting vote, th

IWHBRyAS, the Town of Longwood, Flo., has acquired by foreclosure
'proceedings that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situat+~in
said 1"o~rn., to-wit; i
Lot 170 Original Survey of
the :foam. of Longwood, Flo,
iAND 1t~A8, L.R.Payne has offered to pay X25. for said prop-
erty and the Town Oouncil of said Town is of the opinion that
Iit would be expedient and for the best interest of said To~nn
!to sell the said property to the said L.R.Payne for the sum
Hof X25. the property being unimproved.and the amount offered...
.covers approximately '75% of the proportunate dart ~of all cost
!and expenses in connection with foreclosure of said property

and fixing the rate of taxation and making the
annual tax levy for the Year 1942.
