Councilman Payne introducted an Ordinance as follo~.~rs; Ordinance No, 66 An Ordinance Fixing the Budget of expenses of the To:~~n. of Longwood, Fla,, for the Year 1936, ~ .3,125.00 and moved that the rules be waived and the said Ordinance be passed to its first reading by title only, which motion was duly seconded by Co~.znci,~~~rain, The 'res. then called f®r a vote which resulted; ~` r the motion Four, against the motion, none , =~ . Councilman Frain then m®ved that the rules be waived a second time and the said Ordinance be passed to its second reading and be read by tit~.e only, .which motion tgas duly seconded bg Councilmah Gray. The Pres, then called for a vote whi ch resulted, for the motion, four; against t~ motion, nox Councilman Gray then moved that the rules be waived a third time and the' said Ordinance be passed to its .third and final reading, be read in full anal be passed and adopted as read in f~a11, which motion was duly seconded by Cota_ncil~ man Prosser.
