Minutes of Regular Session of June 2nd. read and adbpted.
Various letters from Eureka Fire Hose Mfg. Co. demanding
payment of balance on hose contract read. Clerk instructed
to write Councilman, Loder in hew York requesting him to call
on Eureka Co.,, and state payments would be made as soon as
funds were in hand, and also show them a copy.

Assessment Roll for the year 1932 (less val. od R.R. property
having been received , reviewed and equalized, the same is
hereby accepted by'the Town Council as next above set down,
no complaints having been heard.

'is hereby authorized to issue Warrant fvr 03.50 payable to
u.L.Simonds, Winter Haven for sufficient Nitrose to paint tog
of water tank.
Mayor Bistline presented his appointment of Robt. Williamson -
as Deputy Marshal. Moved by 'Ivrain., seconded by Prosser and
carried, the-- !%'IaYOrs appointment of Robt. Williamson is, hereby
sustained and approved., as Deputy'Marshal of the Town ofLonE
