Preso Bistline read a letter from the Clerk calling the attention of the Cour_ei1 to the fact that no inventory of supplies, records and effects of The Town in the council roo~a had been made, that there was no fire-proof safe or cabinet in which to store records, and that he had not received balances in bank from retiring Clerk. moved by Frain, seconded by .Payne, that Councilman Lavi~.e be appoin- ted by the Pres. to ma~~e an accurate inventory of all supp- lies, materials and records now contained in the council room, fir. Lavigne to be assisted in this work by the present Clerk. Carried. Loved by Lavigne, seconded by Payr:e, that as The To4~a~. of Longwood owes The Pittsburgh .Meter Go, of Pittsbur~n, Pa.
