ed to issue warrants in pavmer_t for ~~rork~ done on streets
upon application for sane of Chairman of Street Committee
and that clerk also be e~.poti~lered to issue warrants in
payr~er_t of bena-fide bills for v~.or-k dor}e on streets when
same are properly Ok~d by the Chairman oz' Street Committee.

clerk instructed to notify collector to support his reports
in future with duplicate bank .deposit slips. .

clerk he had made an inventory of furniture, supplies
materials ete. in cour_cil roam on Jan. 30th. 192'7 part of
the records were listed, the remainder to be sor-ted out and
listed by t'rie clerk.
