Councilman Frain introduced the follov~~ing Resolution. and
mowed it be adopted,
Be it RESOL+IED by The To~~7r3. Council of
The. Tov~~n of Longwood, Fla. in special session, that the
said Tovm authorize and cause to issue a certain promissory
note, dated January 12th. 1927 and due six months after that
date, whereby The To~trn of Longwood, Fla. promises to pay to
the order of the Pittsburgh t~teter Co., of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Five Hundred and No~100 Dollars at the Long~~Tood State Bank
in Longwood, Fla. for• value received with interest after
date at the rate of six percent per annum, and that the
President and Clerk bc;, and they hereby are authorized to
sign the seed note on behalf of The Toy^~n of Long~r~ood, Fla.

unanimously Carr-ied.

their charge for moving street lights to near locations.
Clerk instructed to request To~;~. attorney to draw an ordin-
ance amending Section One of Ordinance Twenty-two making
fire limits as follows;
Beg. at the intersection of the center
line of Jessup Ave. and ACL mair_ lire tracks, run ~1~~est along
Jessup Ave. to a point 200 feet west of the west side of
of East Lake Ave; thence south and parallel to East Lake Ave,
to the center line of Bay fit, thence along Bay St. to the
intersection of Bay St.- East Lake Ave.®ar~d ACL main line
tracks;thence follo~~r ACL main line tracks in a northerly
direction to point of beg,
