THEREFORE, the under-signed respectfully petitio your body to take such action as may rescind such permit if granted, or, prevent the granting of a permit if not already issued, requesting if necessary that a special meeting of said Council inay be called at once to take-the neseccar action:' y arras read. Lavigne stated that he was informed that the proposed Garage was to be constructed of corrugated iron and that if the fire limits were extended so us to cover the site of prop®sed. garage the matter would be satisfactorily .settled, and he offered an Ordinance entitled as follows;~ "Ordinance No 29-An Ordinance of The Toy of Longwood, F'la. entitled: An Ordinance amending section" One of Ordinance No 22 and section One of Ordinance No 28 prescribing the territorial Limits of The-Fire Limits within The '~ o a~ of LongV~~o od °° e and,m.ove•3 that the rules be waived and the Ordinance be placed on its first reading and read by title only, whicra. motion was duly seconded by Councilman ~~rain, thereupon the President called for a vote which resulted; For ,.the I'~otion 4 Against the b°iotion .None Councilman Ent~minger then moved that the rules be waived a second time and the Ordinance be placed on a second -reading and read by title only, znrhich motion was duly seconded by Councilman Payne, thereupon President Bistline called. for a vote which resulted; For the Motion 4 Against the I~~otion None.
