property using TotR~n water be firmed at 3.00 this amount to
be collected before water is t~~arned on at main, and that
the Council adopt a fixed policy with regard to collection
of water .bills requiring payment of all balls to be made
on or before the 10th. of the month z"ollowing presentation
of water bills, and that the Supt. of dater "G~orks be and
he is hereby instructed to cut off water supply from users
failing to make payment as above outlfined. This policy to
go.int~ effect September 10th. 1927 due notice to be given
to consumers with August 1927 water bills.
