The President then called for a vote which resulted; For the I~Iotion 4 Agais~.st the lotion None Councilman Lavigne thew moved that the Rc.~.es be waived a third time and the said Ordinance be passed to its t~iird and final reading,, be read iri full and .adopted as read in full, which motis~ was duly seconded by Councilman Es~tzminger• The President then called for a vote which resulted; For the 2~Io ;ion 4 Against the r~1~Iotion None The Clerk then read the said Ordinance in full and upon roll call the following. vote was recorded; Councilman Bistline '#Yea~~ Ent~mi~ger ``Yea`s 't Payne '`Yea's " Lavigne "Yea~~ n Frain f'Yea~~ President Bistline thereupon announced that The Council had. by unanimous vote adopted Ord~.nance No. 34 , Councilman Ent~mi~.ger offered. the f o11o~;ing ~~~~I~3N and its adoptions BE IT RE54LVED by The Town Couucil of The Tom. of Longwood, that ~€hereas in June 1927 the To~vn of Longwood purchased certain water meters from the Pittsburgh Equitable Meter Co. as evidenced by their.Lnvoice PD523~LF on open account amounting to x,380.49 and the said Meter Co. now requests that a note issue to them f®r.this amount due and .payable Dec. 6th. 1927;that 1'h~e:~~~~~Gp.~.l~,at~~horl~e ~..nd::da~s~.t~}iss?ar~ certain promissory note dated Oct. 1st 1927 and due Deco 6th. 127, whereby The To~~n of Longwood promises to pay to the order of The Pittsburgh Equitable 1Vieter Co., of Pittsburgh, ~'a., ~,38Q.49 at The Longwood Stat Bank in Lor_g~~ood, Fla., for value received without interest until after Dec. 6th. 1927,- after t~~at date with interest at sip percent per annum until paid, and that the President of The Tm~Vn Cot~.cil and the Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sigh said r~otE on behalf of the To~~a of Long~~rood. This F.ESOLUTIOI~t duly seconded by Councilman Pa~,,~ne. and unanimously carried.
