An Ordinance fixing tree Budget of Expenses of The

and moved that
the Rules be waived and the said Ordiance be passed to its
-first reading by titld. only, which motion ~n1as duly seconded
by Couxacilinan Lavigne. The ?resident then called for a vote
which resulted;
