ELECTION
Election Name: 2005 Longwood Municipal Election
Election Date: November 8, 2005
Parties to Agreement: Seminole County Supervisor of Elections ($0E) and the
City of Longwood
1, The SOE will hold early voting in the SOE Office from:
• Friday, November 4'^ from 8:00 a.m. until 4,00 p.m.
• Saturday, November 5, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
• Suntlay, November6" from 12:00 p.m. unti14'00 p.m.
• Monday, November 7h from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
2. The SOE will hold early voting in Longwood City Hall, Commission Chambers
from:
• Fdday, November 4m from 8:00 a.m. until 4:W p.m.
• Saturday, November 5�'from 800 e. m. until 12,00 p m.
• Sunday, N,wmder 6" from 1200 p.m. until4 00 p m.
• Monday, November 7h from 8:00 a.m. until p.m.
3. The SOE will pro do for all facets of easy voting in accordance wilh state law
including but not Ivmitdtl n, supplies, staffing, and voting equipment.
4. The SOE will staff early voting sites at no cost to Longwood,
5. The City will pay the SCE a supplies charge in amount of $25 per day, per site.
6. The SOE shall invoice the City for all costs due and payable and, within thirty
(30) days of invoicing, the City shall issue a check or warrant made payable to
Seminole County.
