plan (Ordivan« 1019) pursuant Io the regniremenrs of Chapter 163, Pan II, Florida
Statutes and Chapter 91-5 Florida Adminislrulive Code; and

AReirs determined the Cily's Comprehereivo Plan was IN COMPLIANCE with the
requirementsoPChapter 163, Part 11, Florida Stamles and Chapter 91-5. Florida

WHEREAS, CMpter 16}.31'14 (4) (a), Florida Stamles requires the Land
Planning A&ency (LPA) to make recommendations to the goverNOg body ceearding
amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and
W HEREAS, the LPA held a public hearing on May 12.1999 which resnited in a
rewmmendation that SPA OI-99 be adopted by the City Commission: and
