Ordinance 91-1024 (2)~,i~ /~, WHEREAS, there has been some controversy about the exact meaning of the current Section 9-10 of the Longwood City Code, and WREREAS, it is vn the best interest of the crtvzens of the City of Longwood to clarify certavn aspects of Sectvon 9-10. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMM2ESI0N O£ THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: N 1: Sectvon 9-10. Throwing or distributing unsolicited materials-Delivery to private residence after notice of objection. of the Longwood city code, be amended to read as follows: Sec. 9-10.
