WHEREAS, there has been some controversy about the exact
meaning of the current Section 9-10 of the Longwood City Code, and
WREREAS, it is vn the best interest of the crtvzens of
the City of Longwood to clarify certavn aspects of Sectvon 9-10.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMM2ESI0N O£
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
N 1: Sectvon 9-10. Throwing or distributing
unsolicited materials-Delivery to private residence after notice of
objection. of the Longwood city code, be amended to read as
follows:

vn conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC1'I0N 3: Severability. Should any section, paragraph,
clause, sentence, item, word, or provision of this Ordinance be
declared vnvalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such
decision shall not affect the validity o£ this Ordinance as a whole
or any part hereof, not so declared to be invalid.
SECTZON 4: Effective gate. This Ordinance shall take
effect upon Einal passage and adoption.
