Ordinance 91-1021WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Longwood desires
to amend the City's zoning regulations to keep abreast with
changing land development conditions in the City.
WHEREAS, Such amendments should improve the City's FF zoning
district regulations by allowing greater land development
flexibi—Y.
WHEREAS, Such amendments —1 further protect the public
heslth, safety and welfare and appearance of the City of
Longwood, Florida and its residents.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COMI55ION OF THE
CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The existing Subsection 6 of Section 502.A.3
of Appendix A of the City Code is repealed.
SECTION 2. A new Subsection 6 of Section 502.A.3 of
Appendix A of the City code is hereby created as follows:

SECTION S: Subsection I of SeltiOn 502.A.5 of Appendix A
of the City Code is amended to include the phrase o_ .—-

SECTION 1: Section 502.A.3 of appendix A of the City
Code is amended to create a new Subsection 8 as follows:

SECTION s. Section S02.A.9 Subsection d of Appendix A of
the City Code is amended to change the word "should^ to "shall"
in the third line of the existing Subsection d.
SECTION 6: Section 502.A.9 Svbssection d of Appendix A of
the City Code is further amended to create the following new Sub -
subsections as part of subsection d as follows:

located within a maximum of 300 feet normal public walking
distance from the primary use or activity which the off -site
parking lot or use will provide supporting parking sp es or azea

SECTION 9. Section 502.A.10 Subsection 3 (a) of Appendix
A of the City Code is amended to delete the ph--

SECTION 9. Section 502.A.10 Subsection 3 (b) of Appendix

(bl. The remainder of the Subsection 3 (b) shall remain in
effect end in force.
SECTION 10. Section 502.A.10 of Appendix A of the City
Code is amended to create a new Subsection 4 as follows:
