Further, all such establishments shall be kept closed during the aforesaid hours. SECTION 4: PENALTY - Any person, firm, Or corporation violating this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding 5200.00 or impriso:unent for a term not exceeding sixty (60) days in the municipal jail of the City of Longwood, Florida, Or such place as confinement whereat the City may lawfully maintain its prisoners, Or by both such fine and imprisonment At the discretion of the Sudge of the Municipal Court of the City ^1 of Longwood, Florida. SECTION CONFLICTS - Any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
