15 SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful for any intoxvcat
16 beverages, including liquor, wine, and beer, to be sold and
1"1 consumed upon the premises o£ sale; or served or permitted to 1
18 served or consumed on or at the place of service, or having be.

20 sumption on or at the premises whereat the sale or secvvice
21 occurred, within the territorial limits O£ the City o£ LO11-
22 Florida, between the hours o£ .2:00, A. M1I. of each Saturda
23 and 8:00 a.m. on the £011ow.ing Monday, and between the hours o.
24 2:00, A.M. and 6.G0 a.m. on all other days.

26 business of vending intox icatinq beverages, other than as an
27 incident to the sale of food or as an incident to the retail s.

31 Section 1 of this Ordinance immediately preceding.

Florida, wherein the zoning class it ication is D-1, Business,
C-Commercial, M-1, Light Industrial, or PUB -Planned Unit D—Ilop-
meat, at which non-alcoholic beverages are sold and/or food itbIN
axe sold and/Ox entertainment it provided and/or a fee for
admission or membership is required and where, as an incident
thereto or vn connection therewith, alcoholic beverages are
allowed to be consumed between the hours Of 2:00, A.M.
each Saturday, and 1:00 a.m. on the following Monday, and between
the hours of 2:00, A.M. , and 8:00 a.m. on all other days.
Further, all such establishments shall be kept closed during the
aforesaid hours.
SECTION 4: PENALTY - Any person, firm, Or corporation
violating this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not
exceeding 5200.00 or impriso:unent for a term not exceeding sixty
(60) days in the municipal jail of the City of Longwood, Florida,
Or such place as confinement whereat the City may lawfully
maintain its prisoners, Or by both such fine and imprisonment At
the discretion of the Sudge of the Municipal Court of the City ^1
of Longwood, Florida.
SECTION CONFLICTS - Any Ordinances or parts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed.
