Ordinance 245ORDINANCE NO. ~~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIIl4 AMENDING SECTION 8, OF ORDINANCE NUMBEA 184, SAID AMENDMENT EUBSTINTING IN LIEU THEREOF CITY CLERH IN THE PLACE AND INSTEAD OF CITY TAX COLLECTOR, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF, CITY OF I,ONGW00D, I'LORI UA: SECTION 1: That Section 8 of Ordinance number 1.84 of th Ciey o£ Longwood, Florida, is heeeby amended as follows: Section 8. The owner or person claiming possession of any impounded dog may secure said dog's release upon payment to the City Cleek or such other city official as may be des ignae ed by the City Council, of the sum of $2.00 plus the svm of $1.50 for each day such dog is impoundetl.
