AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LORGWOOD, FLORI-A,
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 143, BEING THE COMERE-
HENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
LONGW00D, AS AMENDED SY ORDINANCE N0. 208, AS
IT RELATES TO DISTRICT R-2 RESIDENTIAL BY
AMENDING SAID DISTRICT R-2 RESIDENTIAL REGULA-
TIONS REDUCING THE MINIMUM BUIL-I NG SITE AREA
FROM 8,500 SQUARE FEET TO 7,500 SQUARE FEET
AND THE MINIMUM WIDTH AT THE FRONT BUILDING
LINE FROM 85 FEET TO 75 FEET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0£ SHE CITY OF
LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
