WHEREAS, said Petition was duly certified to the Tax
Assessor of Seminole County, Florida, pursuant to the Chaster of
the city of Longwood, Florida, Chapter 69-1268, Laws of £lori]
1969, and the Certification of the Tax Assessor of Seminole
County, Florida, as to the suf£iciency of such Petition pursuant

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Longwood,
e lorida, has deemed it in the best interest of the City of
Longwood, Florida, to accept said Petition and to annex said
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LONOWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:

be and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City
of Longwood, Florida, pursuant to the terms of the Charter of
the City of Longwood, Florida, Chapter 69-1268, Laws of Florida,
1969.
SECTION 2: That all of the property heretofore
f ication is described in the Zoning Ordinances of the City of
Longwood, Florida.
SECTION 3: That upon this Ordinance becoming ef£ec-
IT— the residents and property owners in the above described
annexed area shall be entitled to all of the rights and privi-
leges and immunities as are from time to time granted to
residents and property owners Of the City of Longwood, Florida,
and as are further provided in the Chapter 69-1268, Laws of
Florida, 1969, and shall further be subject to the responsibili
tie, of residency and ownership as may be from time t0 time
determined by the governing authority of the City of Longwood,
Florida, and the provisions of said Charter of the City of
Longwood, Florida, Chapter 69-1268, Laws of Florida, 1969.
SECTION 4: All Ordinances 01 parts 0f Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall take effect immedi-
ately upon its final passage and adoption.
