AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIM,
PROVIDING FOR REGULATION OF SPEED OF RAILROAD
TRAINS, CARS, AND LOCOMOTIVES; SLOWING OF
WHISTLES AND SOUNDING OF BELLS; OBSTRUCTING
STREETS LONGER THAN FIVE MINUTES; PROVIDING
PENALTIES; PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE AND
CONFLICTS.
SE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LON WOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: It shall be unlawful fox any railroad Crain,
z locomotive to exceed the speed of 50 miles pee hour with-
i the municipal limits If the City of Longwood, Florida.
SECTION 2: It shall be unlawful it, the whistle, bell
horn of any tailroad engine operated through or within the
�xpoxate limits of the City of Longwood to be blown or sounded,
.cept when actually necessary, in compliance with the provisions
scare or federal laws or to warn persons or anima Ls on or near
ie tracks of such railroad of the approach of such railroad teal

SECTION 3: It shall be unlawful for any coil road —
