AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LOPGWOOD, FLORIDA,
FIXING THE HOURS FOR SALE OF INTOXICATING BEV-
ERAGES; PROVIDING PENALTIES, CONFLICTS AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LONGW00D, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: It sh111 be -L—ful for any intoxicating
beverages,—luding liquo i. and beee, to be sold, eon-
snored or served or permitted to be sewed ox consumed, o ,
having been sold or served, be allowed to remain open I. readi-
ness for Consumption, within the mrbitip.1 Limits of the City
of Longwood, Florida, between the hours of 12 midnight each
Saturday and 8 a.m. on the following Monday, and between the
hours of 12 midnight and 8 a.m. on all oth- days. All vendors
of intoxicating beverages, including liquor, wt , and beee,
shall keep their places of harmers closed during the aforesaid
hours.
SECTION 2: PENALTY - Any person, firm, or corporation
violating this Drdinance sha11 be punished by a fine of not
exceeding $200 oe imprisonment fnr a term not exceeding sixty
(60) days Oc by both such fine and imprisonment at the disceetio
of the Judge of the Municipal Co. —
SECTION 3: CONFLICTS - Any Ordinances or pacts of
Ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same ace hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4: EFFECTIVE DATE - This Ordinance sha11
become effective immediately sspon its passage and adoption.
