g, CALL TO ORDER. At 6:06 p.m. Mr. Jeff Dix with Dix Lathrop welcomed
everyone and thanked them for corning. He introduced Chris Lathrop and Jarnie
Wright.

Mr. Dix said their goal was to get good participation, obtain great ideas, thinking
out -of -the -box about Reiter Park, and expand on the plan for Reiter Park. He
reviewed the area surrounding Reiter Park and discussed how this area could have
an impact on Reiter Park. He stated there has been a vision started for Reiter Park
that is about a community park influenced by the Historic District, the Transit
Oriented Development, hospital, and adjacent residential areas.

Mr. Wright reviewed a detailed site analysis for Reiter Park and opportunities that
exist for the site.
Mr. Dix and Mr. Wright reviewed slides of photographs of various other parks
and events as examples and potential for Reiter Park. •
Following review of Project Vision, Plans and Ideas the attendees divided into
• two work groups to hold table discussions for ideas and plans for Reiter Park. •
Ms. Lathrop reviewed a summary of the table discussions and ideas of the
participants for Reiter Park.

Mr. Dix thanked everyone for attending and participating in the Work Session.
