1. CALL TO ORDER. Mayor Durso called the meeting to order at 5:30
p.m.
2. PRESENTATION OF THE ST®RMWATER AND MAPPING
PLAN.
Mayor Durso turned over the meeting to Mr. Peters.
Mr. Peters introduced himself and then introduced Mr. Greg Teague, P.E.,
CFM, Associate Principal /Project Manager with Pegasus Engineering,
LLC, 301 West State Road 434, Suite 309, Winter Springs, Florida 32708.
Mr. Peters presented, a PowerPoint presentation that outlined the
Stormwater Master Plan. Throughout the presentation, Mr. Peters and Mr.
Teague answered questions from Members of the City Commission.
It was the consensus of the Commission to have the Acting City
Administrator, Mr. Williams and the Director of Public Works /City
Engineer, Mr. Peters schedule a meeting to meet with the Seminole
County Manager, Deputy County Manager and other County staff and
present them with the new information, tell them where the City was
heading. Also to see if they can open -up the dialogue, establish a
relationship to where the City can maintain and take over the Longwood
Canal or do something more officially from that perspective. After the
meeting with County staff, the information needs to be transmitted to the

Seminole County Commission, and minutes need to be taken of the
meeting with County staff and to have an action plan with designated
responsibilities, identifying a priority of which areas would be addressed
first and a copy be given of the minutes /action plan to the City
Commission.
It was also a consensus of the Commission to have the Acting City
Administrator, Mr. Williams work with the Florida Department of
Transportation (FDOT) to gain control of some of the ponds.
3, ADJOURN. Mayor Durso adjourned the meeting at 6:31 p.m.
