1. CALL TO ORDER. Deputy Mayor Maingot called the Presentation to
order at 8:41 a.m. He then introduced Ms. Gleason and invited her to
make her Presentation.
2. 2013 OPEN GOVERNMENT OVERVIEW.
Presented by: Pat Gleason, Special Counsel for Open
Government for Attorney General of Florida Pam Bondi.
Ms. Gleason reviewed a PowerPoint Presentation that outlined the
following items: Scope of the Sunshine Law, board meetings, penalties,
Scope of the Public Records Act, electronic records, providing public
records, fees, penalties, attorney's fees and additional resources. The
Presentation she had prepared which related to the matters at hand were
furnished and distributed to each person that was in attendance.

Throughout her Presentation, Ms. Gleason answered questions from the
audience members. She then concluded her Presentation.
3. ADJOURN. Deputy Mayor Maingot adjourned the Presentation at
10:32 a.m.
