FT. (0.17 ACRES) t/- FOR ONE PARCEL LOCATED OFF PINEDA STREET AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN THE ORDINANCE PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 171, FLORIDA STATUTES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY TO BE SUBJECT TO TAXATION AND REGULATION BY THE CITY EXCEPT LAND DEVELOPMENT AND BUILDING CODES UNTIL THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IS AMENDED PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 163.3184 AND 163.3187, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the owner(s) of certain lands more particularly described herein below, have voluntarily requested that the same be annexed and incorporated into the corporate limits of the City of Longwood, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The lands graphically shown on the map, attached hereto, and having Tax Parcel ID 06-21-30-508-0000-0630 (legally described as Lot 63, Three Pines, Plat Book 3 Page 45); Public Records of Seminole County, Florida. Section 2. The Corporate limits of the City of Longwood, Florida, are hereby revised to include the land described in Section 1 hereof. Section 3. The City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida does hereby find that the lands described in Section 1 are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Longwood, Florida, that said lands meet the criteria established by Chapter 171, Florida Statutes, that said lands should be annexed, and hereby approve the annexation. Section 4. Upon annexation, the lands described in Section 1 shall retain the future land use and zoning designations established by the Seminole County Zoning Ordinance/Code and Comprehensive Land Use Plan until otherwise changed or amended by appropriate ordinance of the City of Longwood, Florida. Section S. Effective as provided by law, all real property lying within the boundaries of the corporate limits of the City of Longwood, Florida, as hereby revised, shall be assessed for payment of municipal ad valorem taxes. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Office of the Secretary of the State of Florida, the Office of the Governor of the State of Florida, the Clerk of Court of Seminole County, Property Appraiser and'the Seminole County Tax Collector, within 7 days from the effective date of the ordinance. The City Clerk and City Staff are hereby directed to waive all annexation fees. Section 7. Conflicts. This Ordinance shall control over any ordinances or parts of ordinances In conflict herewith. Section 8. Severability. If any section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance.
