next hearing is rescheduled for Wednesday
September 16, 2026, for Business Tax Code
Enforcement Hearings and the Regular Code
Enforcement Hearing on Thursday, September,
24, 2026 at 9:00 am.

Notice: Interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to their request. This hearing maybe
continued from time to time until final action is completed.
All persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision(s) made at these
meetings/hearings, they may need a verbatim record of the proceedings and for such
purposes, which record to include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be
based (per Sec, 286-0105, Florida Statutes).
