Ordinance 08-1877 ORDINANCE NO. 08-1877 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2007 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2008, PROVIDING FOR A BUDGET AMENDMENT WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida, has determined that the Budget for Fiscal Year 2007/2008 should be; amended; and WHEREAS, Section 6 of Ordinance No. 07-1.839 provides for amendments of the 2007/2008 Budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Budget for the City of Longwood, Florida, Fiscal Year 2007/2008 is hereby amended as indicated in Exhibit "A," Budget Amendment, which is hereby attached and made part of this Ordinance by reference thereto. SECTION 2: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and adoption.
