Represen~~tatives from Seminole County Government will conduct a presentation on the US 17-92 CRA. B. Public Participation. 7. CONSENT AGENDA. A. Approve Minutes of the 1VIay 11, 2009 Special Meeting, the May 18, 2009 Executive ;3ession and the May 18, 2009 Regular Meeting. B. Finance Division of the Financial Services Department recommends payment of approved and estimated bills for June 2009. 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS. ~ A. The Community Development Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission read CC 06-01-0.9/1 by title only, set June 15, 2009 as the second public hearing date, and approve the first reading of Ordinance 09-1894 ~.J amending the Longwood Development Code as it relates to tree protection standards (I,DCA 02-09). B. The City Administrator recommends the City Commission adopt Ordinance No. 09-1895 establishing a temporary moratorium on the review and issuance of permits for game rooms, arcades, dance halls, Internet cafes, and similar indoor entertainment and amusement activities pending the investigation of the permitting criteria of such activities. 9. REGULAR BUSINESS. A. The Community Development Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission consider the request for Historic District Matching Grant funds for the renovation of the building located at 211 West Warren Avenue and take action the City Commission deems appropriate. B. The City Clerk recommends the City Commission read by title only, set June 15, 2009 as the public hearing date, and approve the. first reading of Ordinance No. 09-1896 amending Chapter 30, entitled "Election" of the City Code. ~ 10.
