ANNOUNCEMENT. The Members of the Longwood City Commission, Mayor H.G. "Butch" Bundy, Deputy Mayor John C. Maingot, Commissioner Joe Durso, Commissioner Mike Holt and Commissioner Brian D. Sackett will meet in closed session with S}?ecial Counsel Donovan A. Roper from the firm of Roper and Roper, P.A., Tom Jackson, Acting City Administrator and a Court Repoirter for the purpose of discussing pending litigation (settlement negotiations and strategy session) with ~ Oakwood, Inc. and Michael Towers. The estimated length of time for the closed session will be one (1) hour. This meeting will be conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes 286.011(8). 3.
